R1FS started in 2018 to provide services to multi-family communities. We identified a growing need in quality work & customer service in high liability annual maintenance items. 

Founder Kenny Ramsey has spent a lifetime in the residential HVAC | Plumbing | Electrical trades. Customer service has always been a standout quality of ours & for as long as we're around.
